Operational requirements of steel pipe packing line
Equipment for automation and power supply should be located in special rooms, cabinets near the place of operation of the equipment.
Operation, periodic inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of the installation are carried out by qualified service personnel.
Frequency of maintenance (frequency of preventive maintenance and cleaning) – once every 1 week.
To protect the environment, provide a bath to catch leaks during maintenance and malfunctions.
The Supplier must guarantee the correct operation of the supplied equipment of the installation within 24 months from the date of the warranty obligations, subject to the Customer’s compliance with the operating rules. After the warranty repair is completed, the warranty period for the repaired components and elements must be at least 1 year.
Ergonomics, design, color scheme
The equipment must comply with GOST R 12.4.026-2001 “System of labor safety standards. Signal colors, safety signs and signal markings. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics”.
