Operational requirements of steel pipe packing line
The service life of standard components (electronics with peripherals, electric motors, instrumentation and automation devices, etc.) – in accordance with their passport data.
The average time to eliminate equipment failure (by replacing it with spare parts and accessories) should not exceed 20 minutes.
Equipment must meet the requirements:
– industrial safety according to GOST 12.2.003-91. “Production equipment. General safety requirements”;
– electrical safety in accordance with GOST RTS 12.1.019-2009 “Electrical safety. General requirements”, “Rules for the installation of electrical installations” and the order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated December 15, 2020 No. 903n “Rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations”,
– sanitary and hygienic requirements in accordance with SP 2.2.2.1327-03 “Hygienic requirements for the organization of technological processes, production equipment and working tools”,
– environmental requirements in accordance with GOST 17.2.3.02-2014 “Rules for establishing permissible emissions of harmful substances by industrial enterprises”.
– GOST 31297-2005 “Industrial and environmental safety”, ISO 14001-2007 Environmental management system.
– Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 116-F3 “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities” dated July 21, 1997,
– FZ-102 “On ensuring the uniformity of measurements”,
– Safety rules for obtaining, transporting, using melts of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys based on these melts,
– Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 010/2011 On the safety of machinery and equipment, – Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure” (TR CU 032/2013).
– Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2008 N 123-FZ “Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements”.
– Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” dated 10.01.2002 N 7-FZ. The equipment must be certified in accordance with the Technical Regulation TR TS 010/2011 “On the safety of machines and equipment”.
Requirements for certification and obtaining permission for the use of technical specifications.
The equipment must have:
– quality certificate;
– certificate of origin issued by the authorized body in accordance with the national legislation of the country of origin of the Equipment;
– Declaration of conformity with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union
According to the method of protection against electric shock in accordance with GOST 12.2.007.0-75, the equipment must belong to class 01.
The design of the equipment must provide protection against accidental contact with live parts.
