Work fully automatically with minimal operator intervention. Manual operation must be provided for reconfiguration. Be maintainable, meet the requirements of reliability, labor protection and industrial sanitation.
The equipment must be supplied complete, in separate transportable units with maximum factory readiness, including mechanical and electrical equipment, pipelines for hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and cooling systems and other components. Factory readiness should exclude revision, adjustment of mating elements, elimination of defects.
It should be possible to enter data from the operator’s workplace using a wired or wireless connection.
The service life of the developed and individually manufactured equipment, instruments and assemblies with regular technical inspections, maintenance and overhauls, the requirements of operating instructions, is at least 15 years, the reliability of the equipment should provide a time between failures of at least 10 thousand hours.
